As a mother of two kids I always wanted to give my kids a healthy food . But the problem is that TV commercials for junk food can attract your kids and make them struggle to eat a healthy food. Our kids aren’t born with a desire for eating a French fries and pizza ,It is an important to remember that. Even if they have an aversion to broccoli and carrots , parents have to be an enough educated to increase their children's healthcare. I have a fully experience for my first child his name is Kenan as he is a 4 years old . He does not like to eat a healthy food because when he read stories or watching a TV , he see ice cream or pizza or burger and want to get them and eat just like them. After that I tried to change the stories he read and cartons films that he watched to different stories and cartons that spread the idea that the healthy food is much better than any food else. This conditioning happens over time as the child exposed to more and more unhealthy food choices. However, it is possible to reprogram your children’s food cravings so that they crave healthier foods instead.

Turkey and pepper pittas


Methods

1.     Start with heating oil in a large frying pan and fry the turkey and chilli flakes for 5-6 mins. After that, Add the peppers or any vegetable that your kid like it and stir-fry until the turkey and the peppers are cooked. 

2.    Divide  the pitta to two pieces and add a dollop of soured cream to each piece then just add the avocado and coriander between,  put the mix of turkey and pepper . let your child enjoy.

How to make it? 

Start with Mixing any nuts you like such as sunflower seeds , chia seeds or pumpkin seeds. Cut the apple , strawberry ,banana and berries to slides. Put them up in a bowl with a Greek yoghurt and enjoy.
